Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about billing, limits, and enterprise onboarding.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading prorates your remaining Free days into Pro credits. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period, preserving your history and workspace settings.
How does the 50-snapshot history limit work?
Every time you run a validation or transformation, JSONForge stores a read-only snapshot. Free users keep the 50 most recent for 30 days. Pro users retain everything indefinitely with full metadata tagging.
Is there a discount for teams over 25 seats?
Absolutely. Contact our sales team at teams@jsonforge.dev for custom enterprise pricing, volume discounts, and dedicated infrastructure deployment options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process all transactions via Stripe. You can pay with major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, or purchase order invoicing for annual Pro contracts.
